PVC folio processing
We have the technology for high frequency welding using welding machines with one to six stations, depending on the size and configuration of the processed products.
PVC welding is applicable to a wide range of articles, with material thicknesses between 0.07 and 2 mm, on surfaces of up to 500 x 500 mm. We are able to manufacture simple wall or reinforced wall products, with various accessories like: pockets or fasteners.
The current range of products made of PVC sheet includes: clipboard A4/A5 simple/double, ring binders with different thicknesses, with 2 or 4 rings, various cases, vertical/horizontal badges, organizers, CD/DVD holders.
